nokia 3100 unlock problem

hello, i try to unlock my nokia 3100 phone.
i used my 5 try codes ..
its say cant cencel limitation..
i have original cable of the phone..

what can i do to open it ?

and how i know if its DCT4 or 2 or 3 and all that ?

i get the message "Can't undo restriction".

i have the original nokia 3100 USB Data cable.. where i can get the software that unlock my phone with cable ? because i think my phone is locked up.

i want to unlock him with cable .. how i do that ?

You'll have to bring it to an unlocking store/shop now it will cost about $20 to get unlocked
