HI I HAVE A 3320 IT DOESNT WANT TO TURN ON AND I DONT HAVE THE TROUBLE SHOOTING,SOME BODY HELP ME PLEASE...

Try to recharge the battery for 12 hours - if it's charging normal, get your cellular to a nokia center or:

1- take off the battery from the cell and re-insert
2- check the button on/off opening the screws with a T6

IF I LOST THE ESN ON A 3320 IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET IT BACK?
