Nokia 8310 Problems

Hi Guys & gals out there, hope you can advise on this one.

I bought an 8310 from a local market, only to find that it was blocked " SIM card registration failed ".
Used JIC unlocker and it worked OK for about 1 hour then locked up. Tried to unlock again, message says " phone unlocked OK " but still get message " Sim card registration failed "

As i am sure you will appreciate, I am getting really frustrated with this one....................................:( :( :( :( :

IMEI seems fine - all numbers look right and it does not appear to be a dud one - any other ideas ........................

hi !If sftware in your phone is 5.57 "jic" not working. You must wait for new programs or try unlock something flesher for DCT4 but then you must have a box for DCT4.

Mr Wings, You misunderstand me, when I said " what a great forum this is " i meant it......after being on other forums you struggle when you are a newbie, this forum is different, everybody wants to help each other, and you are right I should have checked the phone proprerly before parting with my hard earned cash :mad:
