i need help. regarding bc239c

because i cant find it here in my country.

i nid to know what can i substitute for this.

you can replace with BC547b,but you must be carefull with the output/connection.it work fine.

im from cebu, where are u from?

i did manage to buy a bc239c and build the dejan sim card reader but it doesnt work. it only damaged my prepaid sim.

it is depent on your simcard,reader and computer.
not all simcard and computer support that.

bc239c is not a problem, just use any npn general purpose transistor and it will work fine bc550 will do the job just watch the pinout but I think it matches...

By the way, see the two transistors in the top, connected to the red led... It's a voltage regulator for 5v, if u want you can replace them with a single lm7805.... this is a 5v regulator get the datasheet and use it if you want...

yes,it will be easier and better if you use the 7805 as 5v regulator.

no you can't edit the balance money.the amount is stor in service pro. server.
