hei mehdi, i have free soft for unlocking bf.
look for me on icq 167213752 - and i;ll give it for free

but unfortunately can't unlock versions supperior to 103 kj 155 (bf 3, alcatel 311) and 10 R (bf 4 - alcatel 511)
and can't also repair damaged eeprom.

for this u need paid sofware:D
and i have a solution for this too, at a good price:D:D:D

Wray software works best for unlock,but only bf3 310,311 untill kj 155 (103)
Bekos brother soft as on the picture doesnt unlcok but only read /write eeprom/flash.........the best tool for it........

there are several free softwares for unlock bf 3 and 4"
angelo soft - works good on bf 4, but destroyes bf 3
orbitel soft - very good on bf 3, and bf 4, but with bugs
hernich soft - bf 3
wray - bf 3
hernich sgu - bf 3, 4

but none of this can't unlock the new versions with cripted ram (as be5 ver 124 wap has).

bekos (the free version) is a flasher. works both on bf 3 and 4. with the version i have, u can unlock even the new versions, by patching the flash, but is a hard and risky work.

i did not try it, because i have the full version:D but i know it works, u only have to know the adresses to write partial flashes
