Hello man, i see your problem but you must put also Phone ID ,just after that i can
calculate unlock code. For this u must run mw_bootstrap_tool ->get phone ID.

I can't read phone ID with this soft - that is problem.
If you now some other way to read ID please write me!

I'm sorry man ,but in this moment probably is only way to read ID,
i don't know if exist ather soft for this phone.
