Hmm...
Since you are posting in the Nokia section, the software you might be looking for is PPMEdit, where you can Add/Remove Rintones + Logos + Languages (and what not) from the Flash file.

I am using MBUS cable on my Nokia 3310 using Windows 98 SE. I already have PPMEdit and works perfect with me. What I am looking for is a tool to download from phone composed or received tones and upload it to other phone.

Hmm...
Then fiddle around with gnokii... :D
Why didn't Nokia make a program to manage these sort of things, like they did with that DataSuite or whatever, they know that's what we want ;)
Cheers,
-Dave
