how can you use small font in menu just like project z

To make the MENU font small, use PPMEdit v1.0 that can be downloaded in this forum... Import a font you want to use... don't change the X size, set a smaller font... of just edit the fonts into smaller one.

i tried that before but the menu is being covered by the blank spaces on the y axis of the font
