USB interface

Hi folks.

I'm interested in extracting Ki from my SIM. But at the moment I have smart card reader connected to USB port. Is there any program like SimScan, supporting USB reader that would extract Ki? Or, can I make somehow that USB reader available to SimScan (or other program) that supports serial ports only, using some driver or some other solution.
Don't say I can throw this one out and get a serial reader
