If you perform a full factory reset it will be done, but you will lose all other info stored in the phone. Maybe there is a simpler solution....

Go to service menu (*#92702689#) and it's option 6. It should be the time the phone has been on. I've seen it being in DDHH:SS format but it's wrong for my 3310. Could be MMDD:HH, that's what I want to know.

use Nokia Tool by Jordik v3.21.
- under "Special Factory Settings" click on "select all"
- click on "make selected"

Make sure you have the proper m-bus cable. This worked for my 8890.

thank you for your answers.
I've tried with virgin eeprom and it worked, but it was't reseted to zero, it was reseted to 3.05.
I've tried with Nokia Tool by Jordik v3.21, but nothing happened, it didn't reset the counter. somebody suggested to try from knok phoenix the commands "reset all" and "reset DEV settings". I didn't test it yet. The only method that worked was reflashing with the mcu+ppm+eeprom of a brand new phone.
