StartUpTone affects warning tones!

Can anyone help solve my problem please! I successfully put an StartUp/Shutdown Tone on 5110,3210,33xx & 82xx but here comes the problem when you play snake everytime you ate the dot the startUp tone will play & when you make a call when there is an incoming message the startUp tone plays again.
