Need your help guys!

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I guess i just had a string of bad luck. First, my 5510 unit keeps on shutting off everytime I receive a message while listening to my mp3 player.
Is there a way I can fix this problem? Do i need software flashing or hardware repair? Second, my sister's 5210 just went no power. Is there a way to repair this through software? what software do I use? Thanks...any input that would help would be highly appreciated.

Hmm...

You could try Firmware updates on both mobiles for starters and see if that fixes the problem(s), then you could move onto the next step if the Firmware update doesn't have any positive results.

Tell us what Firmware versions you have on each phone (*#0000# on the keypad will display the information required).

By any chance, did any of these mobiles suffer any 'water-damage'?

nope never got wet. Actually the 5510's problem is common even to some other units I've seen. Except my sis's 5210. What software do I use to flash it? Know where I can get it?
