Use Rolis Flasher 478 and Rolis Tool 1.8 (or nokia tool by jordik 3.21), and you have all the flash tools you will ever need.

i have just installed rolis flasher 478b6 and when i try to run it i get a message saying it wont run on nt or 2000. i am using xp. does anyone use rolis flasher with xp? is there another program i can use to flash my 3390?

i use it on XP, i beliebe u need userports..
srch the forum for "userports" n ull find it

I'm having many many problems too trying to read flash from a new 3390 (NPB-1RB). I tried tons of programs to no avail. I can tell you about the nt/2000 problem with Rolis 4.78- right click on the .exe go to properties, then under the "compatibility" tab check the box and select Windows 98/ME and it will work fine under XP. Also, you may need the userport.sys utility as well but I'm not postive because of all the trouble I'm having and still haven't figured out if its me, the computer or the cable kit I bought :-(

It doesn't run on NT or Win2K. Win XP is NT5.1.

under winxp u can choose to run it as win 98/me
under file propertise u will find this option

Rolis Flasher 478 does not work for me too.i use knok phonix 1a,it's slow...i know ,but does the work 100%.i have win xp home edition.

i got userports and i can now get past the "will not work on windows nt or windows 2000" message, but i still cannot get it to read from my 3390. what is strange is that 3390 (NPB-1) is a choice in the first pull down, but when you go to read from the phone 3390 is not in the box that pops up. Any ideas or suggestions for this???
