change icons, fonts, battery & signal indicator

:) i'm a newbie and was able to subscribe threads on how to change icons, fonts, battery & signal indicator but unfortunately my computer crash and lost all info(instructions) on how to do it. Will anyone help me recover those infos in this great, god blessed org. thanks a lot and i hope our gsm gurus won't fail me.:) :) :)

no offence but use search button in forum and you get every information you need

try to use ppmedit...
it's a good program that u can edit the font,icon,battery/signal bar,ringtone,language.....
