use loto repairer by viygis cracked by kod.
read tech zone with that software - using read data software

after, search the net for a alcatel be4 flash that matches your version.
write with flasher that i upload here. the phone will power on, but will say insert sim card with sim card inside or will have no network...

use again loto repairer and upload the back-up u have made first..(i.e. tech zone)

phone version u will have when u read phone with flasher i put here...then u will know what flash u need...
