waterdamaged 7110 buttons dont work, help!

I spilt some pepsi on my 7110. It seems to work fine, ie it recieves messages and calls, except i cant answer or read them, or do anything, as the buttons dont work. The only ones that do are the power button and the scroll wheel. Anyone got any ideas of how to get the buttons working again, or is it screwed?

open the phone up and clean the contact the contact sheet with an old toothbrush and the pcb as well. a bit of CRC brand contact cleaner or otherwise know as CO is good for cleaning these PCBs
