3310 No vibration

Can any nokia expert tell me why my 3310 dont have vibration i already check my vibrator it is still running but it is no vibration!!!I already activate with nokia profile but also cannot run!!!

My case is worse!
Vibra motor ok,But vibration is so waek!!
Any way?
