How would i go about copying the contents of a SIM card into a file for dissasembling

I have a card reader i want to copy the entire contents of a card to a file for dissasembling but cant find the software i have an ACR20S cyber mouse reader, could you direct me to a site where i could find software and source code or even some theory.

any one know what simcard reader that can use with Dr.Sim software other than it original reader.
where can i get a driver so i can use dejan sim-scan reader with Dr.Sim.
