Webcam application....HELP!

Hello,

Can someone give me advice for installing the webcam application onto my 7650?
I don't see any sis or jar/jad-files in the webcam.zip file.....so I am not sure how to install the application.

it seems this webcam is not for 7650 :( (not sure) but
