Yes, first if it has a japanese/chinese language, you must first change the language to japanese or chinese, after that you can input in chinese or japanese.
:) what exactly do you want to do?

hi there

if your language isn't supported by your firmware, you have to upload an other PPM-package to it, wherein the language specific information is.
for this operation you have to use flasher cables and after it a mbus cable for updating FAID.

you can get the firmware from http://brad.satelit.cz/8210/
look there in the specific pdf file to choose the correct language pack for your needs.

backup your EEPROM area (as far as I remember the start adress is 0x003D0000 for nsm-3) and flash the choosen image to your mobile.
after this you have to upgrade FAID.
all this can be done simply with an outstanding open source flasher, knok

good luck!

Make sure you got dictionary turned off first in messages settings. Go to Messages, then write message, then options, turn off Dictionary. Then go to settings, phone settings, then languages, choose the language ya want, simplified chinese, complicated chinese, etc.
