IS THERE NO HOPE FOR A DEAD CELLPHONE?

i mistakenly used rolis flasher to flash a 5210, and it sucks!

i was told to used knok to read a good flash from a working unit and flash it again to the cellphone, which i did.

still, the unit won't turn on. i've searched for full flashes in the internet and even asked some of the members of the forum, the flash files they supplied didn't work too.

is there no hope for my 5210? should i throw it away and just buy another?

is there any reason to believe that the problem was caused by a hardware problem?

please shed light on this matter.

thank you very much.

Did you make a full backup including eeprom zone? If so, try to restore this first using ONLY Knok to get it working and update FAID. Make sure your battery is fully charged before trying to flash.

I don't know anything about the hardware, but it was working fine before you tried to flash, I guess. If it is a software/flashing fault, you should be able to get it to work once again. Don't give up!!!! If someone else has a better knowledge, then please help.
