Upload Ring Tone & Logo to 7210 ???

I just got me new 7210, but I don't know how to upload ring tone and caller group logo, background logo, operator and picture message into it....

I can't use LogoManager coz not supported.

what program can i use in order to do that ?

where can i download those poly/midi format ring tone ?

where can i download those colour logos?
