i think you have to rename it into a .jar file...
I didn't try it but it happens in several nokia programs.

It's simply adding all archives to a zip (using winzip) and after that, renaming it into a .jar

a .jar file is a .zip with different extension so, take any downloaded .jar program for N7650 and try to rename it into .zip. You'll see that you can open it with winzip.

how do you rename it from .zip into .jar...?????
I tryed to rename it by right click on the icon and then rename and nothing happent it's still .zip

Probably your problem will be solved doing thiz:
1st-> go 2 your windows explorer an there you choose the Tools menu and there you choose folder options (something like cause my win is in portuguese)!!! on the folder options you go to the middle tab - there a little option shows as -hide windows known extensions... just uncheck that!!! and probably other options if you haven been there yet:p !!!
problem: as the file extensions didn't appear 2 you, you only change the file name!!! now yoooo kan!
