nokia 8310 flash problem!! need help!!!

i tried to flash my dead 8310 but always show no ACK recieve. can any expert tell me what is the problem?? is it hardware problem???? thanks in advance!!

instead of pressing "ON" button during flashing, connect a charger to the phone. It will automatically enter testmode..as i know it. i already try this once.

i think its hardware probalam ...cuz i never saw that kind of probalam in software ..
just check ur hard ware section...
