try finding another flash file. maybe yours is corrupt. then reflash full. I find that doing EEPROM, PPM and MCU seperate works best

no, it's not the hardware.. it's the software. Try flashing full flash 3330 v.4.16 or 4.30. I got the same problem with it. But version 4.50 is just a bad flash. If you try searching the forum you can find a 3330 v4.50 that is good.

good luck, regards Svangsta

It is a software problem, try using an other version.. v.4.16 or v4.30. It will work..
good luck Svangsta

You say your phone is a 3330...

You have a 3310 with 3330 firmware on it?

The MCU and PPM is 12-10-01 3330
The DSP ROM os 03-01-01 3310

Mobile SW.......: V 04.50.12-10-01.NHM-6.(c) NMP..
Mobile PPM Vers.: V 04.50 12-10-01 NHM-6 (c) NMP.
DSP External SW.: B60.6.756 03-Jan-01 NHM-5 (c) NMP.

Thats your problem....

I didn't notice the nhm-5. Is it possible then to just flash the 3330 flashfile to a 3310(it won't work ofcourse)? The 3310 has got a diffrent memory. When i try to do that with my 3310 it doesn' t do anything. He is telling that he got the problem that when he turns on his phone and presses the menu button he goes off and on again. I got the same problem with a bad flashfile, on my 3330. So my quistion is how can his phone extualy read the flashfile? Because the 3310 has got a diffrent type of memory, and I always thought if you flash a 3330 file to a 3310 it would turn dead.. why does it work for him then?

Can you give me an anwser?

Regards Svangsta
