.fls editing coderesource?(vb)

hi i recently got VB so i far i dont really know much about it, but will be looking up tutorials etc. , can anyone tell me where some good information on how to make software to edit the .fls files is?

nothing with fls editing tho :( just thought u might make some use of it....
