Where can I find a flash for nokia 6161, I need it urgently

We posted before....

6161 TAKES the same flash... ALL 616x Phones use the same flash file...

1. What are you trying to gain or fix by flashing it?

2. Do you have the hardware and software it takes to flash it and update FAID?

3. What version is the 6161 currently now..

I'm trying to fix it. I need that the "public system selection" on network services menu appears; with out that menu phones are no install in costa rica.
Can you help me with this?.
