What should I do with the .app file included in the zip file? I tried the .sis file included in the zip but it was an unregistered version of im+....

install the .sis file first then use a file manager (seleq, handy file or efileman) to copy the .app file from c:/system/mail folder and paste it to IM+ folder (replacing/overwriting the original .app file)
