yes there is a software that you have to install on your nokia 7650 so you can have themes and different skins on it
this software in known by Smart Launcher
but till now you have to pay for it and that sucks

use sysiconz to change icons, smart launcher to change how the menu looks, palatte extender for 3 more menu colors, and theres a faq here stuck up to changing fonts.
