i recently bought some software and a cruiser cable for my phone here is the links 2 witch i bought them

but when im trying 2 connect to my phone with them this is the eroor i get ???

but i dont get it because i am switching my phone on

does sum 1 know a better piece of software i can use please to unlock my sony ericsson w800 please

I had the same problem when i first visited the site.

It's really not as hard as people find it to be. It really is in the Animated Banner.

Oh and going to the Main topic of this thread..

Try:

Charge your Battery to Maximum.
Turn Off Phone
Connect your S/E With PC and Configure your software to appropriate settings
Click "Do Selected Jobs"
When it says "phone power on" hold the On/off Button on your S/E W800

It should follow on and your phone will be unlocked.
Post Results.

I don't think there are any more advanced piece of S/E unlock Software other then the one on i-schwantz...

Oh and next time, try not to be scammed into buying free software, And report this seller to Ebay. They should ban them.

Visit the site you purchased the cable from.

They should have the apropriate software for your phone and cable to download off the site.

When you connect your phone to your P.C do you get the Plug and Play sound??.

I'm pretty sure you should hear that as a signal that your phone has been recognised.

Firstly does you P.C find your Phone at all? Does it come with a little pop up from the system tray saying Found Hardware or something similar.
If not try installing the software that came with your phone, it'll help recognise the phone from the P.C and will most likly boost the power of the unlocking program.

i think my phone is recognised by the pc because u can see in the directory that the cable is recognised.(hope u know wat i mean)but it is installed 2wice ?? (see below)

Thanks..

Make sure your Settings are On COM15 where is say's COM PORT.
Make sure you do not get any errors when you select the PORT
(if it comes up with Error Dialog Box "Cannot Open Port" change USB to another port).

Change your Baudrate > Put the Rate Down.

USB cable settings are:
DSS-20/DSS-25

It says that your Cable is a serial converter...
Your Connection should work if you interface settings are set to
T-28 Serial Cable.

Remove the screen shot of you changin your IMEI, it could get NokiaFree, You and ME into A LOT of trouble. Remove it now.

Sorry to freak you out, it's just very illegal.

I found that this error is caused by a bug in your version.
Surprisingly, there is a later version to the SEMC - tool.

Attached to this thread is v7.3 in 3 .rar files (use WinRAR to unzip them).

I tried using the program, but it says USB-SMART not Find (1)...
Something to do with the Port (i dont have the Cable pluged in)

Anyway do what i said, use the T-28 interface and lowest baudrate.

I also heard that it is advisory that you remove all other USB cables while in the process of unlocking. This excludes your mouse


Oh and if the 7.3 doesn't work..
I'm finding v6.6 (older but still has the bugs fixed)
and i'm also in the slow proccess of downloading v8.3 (which is going at .5 KB/s)

So, if it's unccessfully, by the next post, i should have it ready for you.

I-phone packed it with bugs so that you'd have to buy the real working download.

You paid for the free one..

Hi m8, apraitate al the help, but stil no luck with this program, i wil post up a screenshot later when i am on my own PC.

Hey Found this:

1. You will need a cruiser cable and Sonics Cracked (this software does models from k700i)

2. Open the software and hit the button Scan Port and under the device select the cruiser cable port (The usb-cable also has a com-port)

3. Hit the button Connect and it should show something like sonics ready

4. Hit the Button Unlock/Repair and when it shows power it on now and keep pressing power button (until it finishes)

5. After some time the process should finish and the phone will be Unlocked!

Please give it a go.
