Nokia 3650 pompts " not allowed " any ideas?

I am trying to make useful the Nokia 3650 that I thought I owned because I paid ($250 ) for it and completed my contract term...BUT it turns out that it is not " really " my phone. When I put DCT4 codes in ...I get " not allowed "...any ideas?

Sorry to say but the Problem you have is that the trys you had on useing code have termanated
and the only way to unlock your fone now is using Cable solution
