Nokia 6100 UFS 3 unlocking software problem

I have a problem with my Nokia 6100 and bought a Tornado UFS 3 Unlocker. I have downloaded the software from their site but when I plug in the phone and Unlocker, I get the usual "USB device connected" message, point the search to the Nokia/Phoenix directory but the USB driver cannot be found. I hae uninstalled & reinstalled the software a couple of times but to no avail. I am running Windows XP home edition. Can anyone help? I am pretty much a novice so any help would be most appreciated.
Regards
Terry

yeah please dont double post as it irritates me...

point your driver search to the C:\program files\sarasoft directory area... your drivers are near there!!!

My apologies. I hadn't received any replies and thought I might have put it in the wrong category. I have tried searching for the driver as suggested but it cannot be found either automatically or manually.
Thanks & sorry.

I have a UFS box and would try these steps again as it sounds like a simple installation problem

uninstall everything
reinstall the software suite
insert the usb for the box

dirext xp to the installation directory when it prompts for the fdriver or the cd that comes with the box if you have it.

Make sure that the box isnt in a hub and try a different port if you have one.

The reason the mods get annoyed about double posts is that most people (inc me) just click the new posts button to see whats going on and dont go through all the threads. Double posts then get annoying. That said if you have a new box you will be back for info and its a great forum with helpful people.

Thanks

Thanks for your help Adam. I will try as you suggest. Can I ask you questions directly if I still have problems?

Many thanks once again.
Kind Regards

Lost Driver

Hi Adam

Still cant get the installation to find the USB Driver! I tried running the
Sarasoft software today (just out of interest (without the driver installed)
and received this message "Ufs_dctxbb5, Bad Environment:31 - library not
found. Clean System from obsolete USB drivers" I would give that a try if I
knew how to do it!
Any thoughts and advice on way forward?

Thanks Terry

I notice your post details the UFS_dctxbb5 software version. I know that this uses a different and updated USB driver.

I have sent you the updated one.
