How to access switched off phone file system?

Hi, I have nokia 6151, after 1month of using it i switched it off and after that I can't switchmy phone on back.. i only nead my adress book from phone.. does somebody knows about that?

i think that the problem is because i didn't delete any sms at all i filled about 6k sms's... sosrry for my wrighting, i'm not from english talking country
