Thank you for replying to my question. However, I am new to Ericsson repair. I just downloaded ATR5.3 software. You probably thought that I was familiar with repair process. Could you please tell me what "Try change PA..." ,means? Is this a command that you type in ATR program?

First ...this is a hardware problem...
secound ... PA means power amplifier which is the black ic in the
top of the phone and there is RM 009 written on it
third ... u need hot ait generator to solder and resolder the PA

Your help is greatly appreciated. I will replace the PA. I have access to hot air generator, however they are telling me that it can only be done if the pins are not too close to each other, because the process may damage the board. However, can you tell me how to open a T28?

Search over the internet for open the T28 ... you can find
it ....,there is many web sites explaining how to open the T28...it
is easy...
