I'd like to asked regarding PIC(16CE625) programming.
Is PROPIC2 programmer works?And based on the Dk instruction,is it require to put crystal oscillator in between 15-16 to program the PIC?If u have any comment/suggestion,willing to here from you.

I don't know about propic as I do not program the pic's myself, I get a friend to do it - but will ask him for you. yes, crystal needed.
