infrared and mobile phone

I have the usb to infrared dongle (BF-120) I've installed the drivers and everything windows even say it's detected the 6510 and ready to transfer file.

but the thing is that I can't seem to use logomanager, opm or even the nokia pc suite to do stuff on the phone

please help me it's very frustrating :(

I'm using WinXP
windows xp auto detect the usb dongle and installed drivers, after testing and didn't work I even install the drivers that came with usb dongle but to no avail :(

can someone help how to solve this problem?
