Sagem MW3026 (big problem with some fields)

I Have sagem mw3026 dj3 5d; field 0 083A05473715475964; ID 0D-0B-84-0E-B7-44. On display "Sim locked" with/without sim. I calculated these fields and i think that they are good:
16128 <-> 5251
16129 <-> 5252
16140 <-> 5253
16141 <-> 5254
16177 <-> 5255
16178 <-> 5256
185 <-> 5257
227 <-> 5258
268 <-> 5259
5120 <-> 5260
5374 <-> 5261
5375 <-> 5262
5376 <-> 5263
5798 <-> 5264
5908 <-> 5265
995 <-> 5266
But in field 5262 don't let me to write last 26 digits (from hotline meniu) And whot i should write in fields : 94; 251; 252; 253; 5709. Maybe there is more important fields? Or maybe problem not here?

I tried with calculator, but i get only code faild.

Which sw is using and get sim locked (whitout sim).....
And if you using old one for unlokc ....the problem is mybe in 5375 field.....!
Try calculate only this field....!
And for your sagem is very impertent field 191 and 251.....
Post field 0 And I will calculate this two field...

If your ID is corect and if your hash table 22.....the this two field is corect!

Maybe problem in other fields and my phone is already unlocked? I am not sure with fields: 253 , 5375<->5262 and 5376 <-> 5263. Any sugestions?
