Nokia MP3 Player help

Hi all i have the nokia mp3 player and v1.00 firmware and i put the mmc card into my card reader on my pc and it said this card is unformatted but when in the mp3 player it has 6 songs on?

so i went along with my pc and formatted it now when i put it into my mp3 player it says unknown format?

can anyonw help me here please?

umm... maybe it's your Windows that want everything be formatted as FAT32..

does this mp3 player have option to erase all, or even format?

thing is i aint got a usb cable for it :( only the h/f one to connect it to the mobile :(
