you can try write in field 185 value 00 00 00....1A
But after this you must repair checksume....becouse you get sim locked whitout sim!
So if you don't know procedure leav to expert...

i try this solution i use sagem dr1.4c

after calculate cheksum phone work
but not russian language why??
