Hi, I have a Nokia 3310 that`s closed from all the providers in Norway. It`s closed from everyvere because its stolen.. Is it just to get the SP code and open it or do I have to Flash the phone and change IMEI??
Hope anyone out there can help me with this one...

You just have to flash it with the same version by uploading the full flash file from other phone.That's it!Hope it will work...
That *WON'T* work... it'll change the IMEI to one that won't work with his COBBA id.
You can only change the IMEI with a proper hardware box.
