help with 3210 charging

i have 3210 after change (charging ic) the mobile can not be charging i try more than ic if i conect charger and then turn on the mobile the mobile is charging and then display not charging .
and if i conect charger and disconect it the same problem the mobile charging with out charger and display not charging.
but if the mobile is close and i conect charger the mobile not response.
please help

what i discovered was that current is not flootin in the panel boardits only in the chargin pot

here the actual problem is in the UEM ic there may be short in be/w the ic pins better u just reball the UEM ic Properly and stck to the board dont use blower better ucan use PF remover nstrument to fix UEM ic....it works 100%

if not there is only solution u can do ir r change a new uem ic...
