What do i need to change T300 language?

Hi want to change the language of my T300. I'm not sure what i need. Can i do it with a SE Terminator and DIV? Are there other cables? I read that the terminator dongle can cause 4locks or is it the terminator software that does that? Are there cables on the market that do not cause 4locks

To change language you need Emma2, a hardlock, and a service card.
