6210 and wintesla help please

hi all,

right. i need some help. i have a possibly damaged 6210 and i want to repair it. now, to see if the phone is damaged i want to use wintesla and try and narrow down the problems ive been having trying to fix the damn thing. i have at my disposal many versions of wintesla.

when i plug in my old 5110 into my pc, wintesla recognises it and will happily let me mess about with it
when i plug in my 6210 (i have two and ive tryied them both) wintesla crashes or hangs whilst "changing product support modules" or will ask for the dongle drives to be installed (i have cracked versions which are installed).

im going nuts tryna figure out this problem, if anybody could shed some light on the subject i would be very grateful,
