No backlight when someone calls my N6610.....Pls help

Sorry i am new to this..... I sceach the whole forum for help but none fits. So no choice but to seek help here.......Thanks in advance

Someone from my caller groups call me on my N6610 but there is no backlight.

I saw a thread suggesting to remove the name from caller group or change the ringing tone to "default". It works but.........

But what if i would to have the name in the caller group and the ringing tone change to other ringtones which i like?..... Is there any ways of doing it?....Experts pls help.....My version is V4.28....Thanks!:)

it's a bug in the firmware. send ur phone for a software upgrade at nokia, it'll fix the problem. latest version is 4.74 is im not mistaken.
