i am neweb in field of ericson mobile while in nokia org i am writing since last year thank full to all member who help me and enable me to help other

now after nokia i want to work on ericson either gsm and Tdma while i have number of software for tdma and gsm along with with flash file also but i dont have any experience in ericson mobile how flash and remove the other problem.

kindly help me which cable are required for flashing while i have mbus cable for most of its model and which hardware required for flashing and which sets are flash without any box and which software u reqment for flashing.
