T100 charging problem!!!

Hi
I have a problem with T100.when put battery on phone it begin to charge itself automaticly without connect to charger.
I change the U107 & Q101 IC but didnot solve my problem.
If you know what is the problem or have a idea for repair it please tell me too.

before changing all the mentioned components did you try flashing/software eeprom related repair?
