how to key in #pw ??

i wonder how am i going to key in the code. for example, the code above. how am i going to type first, is it i press the key "#" in my phone and then follow by the "7" and "9" ??? because the first letter of "7" is "p" and the first letter of "9" is "w". i am not sure what i should press for the "+" . please somebody help me, i just don't know how to key in. i think it is kind of stupid question but newbie like me really don't know how to do it.thank you. have a nice day. thanks for your time and patience.

to get the (W) press the * 4 times within 1 second
and to get the (+) press the * twice
