Flashing nokia 3390

hi

i tried flashing my 3390 but i got a error, and i dont understand the error, can anybody tell me what it means, so that i will know what i did wrong........

"Flash erasing error
Must receive 91 00 FF, but receive FF FF FF
Check Vpp, Vbat, voltage, phone type..."

im using rolis v4.78, and since there in no nokia 3390 model on it, im using the option of nokia 3310, is this what causing the problem. if so how then could it flash my phone?

check ur cable. battery...
rolis 4.78 supports 3390

i just bought the cable new
and i'm also using a new battery.......

Clean the pcb connections, battery connectors, battery and cable tips! Also when asked to "Power on phone", plug in the charger instead!;)
