Please help 3310 problem

3310 Problem
Hi all,I have a 3310 which has a problem with being heard from certain networks. I am on Orange and when my wife rings from T-Mobile I can hear her but she can't hear me, if she rings from a landline then we can hear each other???

I have reflashed but it did not work,anyone got an ideas.

Very odd problem...are you sure the problem rests with your mobile and not hers?

To be honest, I doubt it's a phone problem, more a network problem...but very odd :(
