3350 Can't update :(

:( thank you for come in my thread ... i update my phone .. use roris 4.71 ... mcu + ppm in version 5.15 It can upgrade :D .. but i want to thai lang... i try to chang lang in thai ... i copy ppm to binary and open ppm (thai lang) ... and i copy ppm buffer to binary buffer and flash .. Phone show contac service :confused: .. Why ... Help me please ..... Thank you

Maybe you flash not in adress PPM. That willbe CS. PPM adress 3330 is 00490000-00550000 or you can use wintesla MCU and PPM 3330 flash with your rolis.
I try change language use that.
